Arguments and Return Values Arguments: A filename, an element and a record number for Specpr files Return Value: The header element
Usage Syntax: header(filename = STRING, element = STRING [, record = INT]) ISIS and Vicar files require a header element specified. Specpr files also need a record number specified.
